The 32nd US National Mòd, a competition and celebration of Scottish Gaelic song and cultural arts, will be held virtually, through Zoom, for the second year. The event features an online cèilidh, song workshops, and competitions in singing, poetry, and storytelling, all in Scottish Gaelic.
This year our adjudicators (judges for all competitions) will be Joy Dunlop and Aonghas Mac Leòid (Angus MacLeod) of Scotland, both gold medal winners at Scotland’s Royal National Mòd. Our poetry competition will feature the work of Sandaidh NicDhòmhnaill Jones, the crowned bàrd (poet) of An Comunn Gàidhealach in Scotland.
